Currently, we have confirmed cases where CATCOCOON brand products are being sold without our (the official distributor's) permission on some e-commerce sites and flea market apps in Japan.
Shops in Japan other than us and our authorized retailers are "unauthorized retailers (resellers)" that have not obtained formal sales permission from the brand's operating company.
Products sold by these shops carry the following risks:
・They are not covered by the manufacturer's official after-sales support and quality assurance.
・Inspection standards may differ from ours, and we may not be able to address issues such as initial defects.
・In particular, for collaboration products such as "A Doll's House series (black check)," we hold exclusive domestic sales rights, and sales by anyone other than us are strictly prohibited.

Recently, we have received multiple inquiries and comments regarding the "A Doll's House" series, such as "I bought it through a channel other than your store, and I'm not sure if it's genuine," and "I'm concerned about the product I received."
Currently, we have confirmed counterfeit products and products being sold through unauthorized channels (outside official routes) without brand warranty.
Genuine CATCOCOON products are sold
only on CATCOCOON's official Taobao and Epetice's official website.
For products purchased through sales channels other than those listed above, we may not be able to guarantee their authenticity.
