Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the EU Region
Due to new EU regulations that came into effect on June 19, 2026, we have temporarily suspended shipments to all EU countries.

About Entering Your Shipping Address & Receiving Emails
Please enter the recipient’s full name exactly as it appears on official documents. Abbreviations or nicknames may trigger address verification and delay shipment.
Please provide a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached. We may contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch. The phone number and shipping address must be from the same country for delivery.
To ensure you can receive emails from us, please check your spam/junk filters. We will contact you from info@epetice.com.
For customers using non‑alphabetic languages:
Our system may not properly process shipping information entered in scripts such as Hangul, Chinese characters, or other non‑alphabetic writing systems. Please enter your name and address in the Roman alphabet to avoid delays.
Shipping Fee
For deliveries outside Japan, a shipping fee will be charged per order.
Shipping fees by region are as follows (as of December 25, 2025):
Free shipping applies to orders of JPY 50,000 or more.
Asia: JPY 3,000
Africa: JPY 7,000
Oceania / Europe: JPY 7,000
North America: JPY 8,000
South America: JPY 8,000
Customs Duties
Depending on the laws and regulations of your country or region, customs duties may apply. Please verify the customs regulations and import requirements of your location before placing an order.
If customs duties are required, customers are responsible for the payment. Please make sure to complete the payment when necessary.
If you refuse to pay the customs duties or fail to collect your package within the carrier’s storage period, your order may be returned to us or discarded.
In either case, we will not offer reshipment, order cancellation, or refunds.
Any costs incurred in such cases are non-refundable.
For Customers Shipping to the United States
Due to tariff revisions related to U.S. trade regulations in 2025, items that were previously exempt from customs duties may now be subject to additional charges. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that any customs duties incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please ensure that you are able to receive your package.
If you would like to know an approximate estimate of potential customs duties, please note that we use DHL for international shipping. We kindly ask that you contact the local DHL office or customs authorities directly for further information.

Estimated Shipping Date
Please check the estimated shipping date shown on each product page.
For smoother delivery, please place separate orders for items with different shipping timelines.
If you purchase items with different shipping schedules in one order, we will ship everything together based on the latest (slowest) shipping date.
Please be especially careful when purchasing in-stock items and made-to-order / pre-order items together.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages Due to Address Issues
If the shipping information is incomplete and shipment cannot be completed, we will contact you to request additional details.
If we do not receive your reply within one month from our initial contact, we will consider the order undeliverable and process it accordingly. In such cases, we will not provide refunds, cancellations, or shipment. Please note this carefully.
If any issues with your shipping information are discovered after the order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with a shipping confirmation and request the necessary corrections. If we do not receive your reply within one month from the date we send the shipping confirmation, the order will be deemed undeliverable and may be disposed of by the local carrier. Refunds, cancellations, and reshipment will not be provided in these cases.
We do not offer reshipment for any packages that are returned to us.
