We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
As we begin regular shipping from January 5th, we would like to inform you about delivery delays and special handling measures being implemented at our store.
Regarding delivery delays
Shipping will be via Yamato Transport from Tokyo.
As of January 5th, there may be delays or suspensions in delivery of packages due to the effects of the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
The situation will be updated regularly on the Kuroneko Yamato official website, and we will proceed with shipping accordingly.

■ Areas where we will no longer accept luggage
・From all over Japan to all of Ishikawa Prefecture and Toyama Prefecture (Himi City, part of Takaoka City)
・From all of Ishikawa Prefecture and Toyama Prefecture (Himi City, parts of Takaoka City) to the whole country
■ Areas where delivery services will be suspended
- Due to the suspension of collection and delivery in all of Ishikawa Prefecture and Toyama Prefecture (Himi City and parts of Takaoka City), we will be suspending delivery of packages.
■ Directly managed offices closed
・We will suspend drop-off and pickup services for parcels at all directly managed offices throughout Ishikawa Prefecture.
(We will also stop accepting deliveries and collections from our agents.)
■ Areas where delivery delays may occur
・From all over Japan to Hokkaido, Niigata Prefecture, and Toyama Prefecture
・From Hokkaido, Niigata Prefecture, and Toyama Prefecture to the whole country
To customers who wish to change their shipping address
-We will accept changes to delivery addresses for those affected by the disaster.

Regarding requests for delays to the desired delivery date
Starting January 5th, we will begin shipping the following pre-order series, back-ordered items, and ready-to-ship items as needed.
This is the only time we will accept a delay in delivery date and time.
*We will ship your order approximately one month after the desired shipping date . Please note that due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates. We will contact you by email when your order is shipped.
