We offer international shipping, and you can place your order directly on our website.
Please review the important notes below before completing your order.


About Entering Your Shipping Address & Receiving Emails


Please enter the recipient’s full name exactly as it appears on official documents. Abbreviations or nicknames may trigger address verification and delay shipment.
Please provide a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached. We may contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch. The phone number and shipping address must be from the same country for delivery.
To ensure you can receive emails from us, please check your spam/junk filters. We will contact you from info@epetice.com.


Shipping Fee


For deliveries outside Japan, a shipping fee will be charged per order.
Shipping fees by region are as follows (as of December 25, 2025):
Free shipping applies to orders of JPY 50,000 or more.

Asia: JPY 3,000

Africa: JPY 7,000

Oceania / Europe: JPY 7,000

North America: JPY 8,000

South America: JPY 8,000


Customs Duties


Depending on your country or region’s laws and regulations, customs duties may apply. Please verify customs regulations and import requirements before ordering.
If you refuse to pay customs duties, or fail to collect your package within the carrier’s storage period, your order may be returned to us or discarded.
In either case, we will not offer reshipment, order cancellation, or refunds.
Any costs incurred in such cases are non-refundable.


Estimated Shipping Date


Please check the estimated shipping date shown on each product page.
For smoother delivery, please place separate orders for items with different shipping timelines.
If you purchase items with different shipping schedules in one order, we will ship everything together based on the latest (slowest) shipping date.
Please be especially careful when purchasing in-stock items and made-to-order / pre-order items together.


Returned or Undeliverable Packages Due to Address Issues


If the shipping information is incomplete and shipment cannot be completed, we will contact you to request additional details.
If we do not receive your reply within one month from our initial contact, we will consider the order undeliverable and process it accordingly. In such cases, we will not provide refunds, cancellations, or shipment. Please note this carefully.
We do not offer reshipment for any packages that are returned to us.
